She understands that food choices are influenced by emotions, cravings, social life, work, schedule, budget, and family, and takes all these factors into consideration when working with clients.
Amy emphasizes that a diet should feel empowering, not restrictive, and focuses on providing the tools and knowledge needed for long-term success. Her mission is to help women find space in their lives for self-care and uncover a way of eating they truly enjoy.

Amy isn't about extremes or food shaming; instead, she helps clients feel organized, in control, and explores the factors that may be impacting their choices. She believes you shouldn't feel starving, bloated, exhausted, overwhelmed, or deprived, and if your current eating habits are causing any of these feelings, it's time for a change.

Start-Up Package
The Start-Up Package includes an initial 90-minute consultation where a custom protocol and meal plan are developed. You'll also receive two follow-up appointments, weekly check-ins with food log reviews, and ongoing support between appointments. This package is available in person, via video, or by phone, and is covered by many insurance plans.
Transformation Package
The Transformation Package is a 3-month program that includes a 90-minute initial consultation, six 45-minute bi-weekly follow-up appointments, and a custom meal plan (optional). You'll also receive personalized recipe books, meal planning support, weekly check-ins with food log reviews, a custom plan with lifestyle and supplement recommendations, and unlimited online support between appointments. This package is available in person or virtually, with payment plan options available, and is covered by some insurance plans.
Custom Meal Plans
Personalized meal plans (1-4 weeks) based on your goals, health, diet, and cooking style. Complete the questionnaire to customize your plan.
