Part-Time Assistant
(Future Hybrid Assistant/Skin Therapist Role)
Are you passionate about holistic skincare and wellness? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment? We're looking for a highly organized and adaptable Part-Time Assistant to join our team- someone who is eager to grow into a dual role as both an assistant and skin therapist
About the Role
This position starts at 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to expand into a full-time hybrid role that blends client-facing support with hands-on skincare services. We're looking for someone who is not just task-oriented but also passionate about clients feel their best inside and out.
What You'll Do

Greet and assist clients, creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Manage appointments, client records, and POS transactions.

Support daily operations, including stocking and maintaining treatment rooms.

Assist in marketing efforts, social media, and client follow-ups.

Learn about holistic skincare and wellness principles to better support clients.

Provide skincare consultations and treatments (once trained and certified).
What We're Looking For

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and challenges.

Interest in holistic skincare, wellness, and client education.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Comfortable with computers, booking software, and POS systems.

Sales experience or ability to confidently recommend products and services.
